On February 4, 2017, KKU holds The 3rd National and International Conference on Curriculum and Instruction: Discipline of Diversity for Unity which was co- organized by the Faculty of Education,  KKU, the Association of Curriculum and Instruction of Thailand, SRIPRATUM University, Nakhonrajasrima Rajaphat University, Nakhonpanom University, Srisakhet Rajaphat University, Udon Thani Rajaphat University, Nakhonpanom Rajaphat University, Burirum Rajaphat University, Roi-et Rajaphat University, and Washinton State University, USA. The event included a special talk by Professor Dr. Mike Trevisan, Dean of Education College and Dr. Paula Groves Price, Assistant Dean of Education College, Washington State University, USA.

The conference also included a seminar on the topic "Curriculum and Instruction: Thai education" given by Dr. Pimpan Techakulb and Asst. Prof. Dr. Teerachai Nettanomsak. In the afternoon, there were poster and oral presentations. This conference was the stage for academics both in Thailand and abroad to present academic works in curriculum and instruction, so it creates an exchange cum learning environment and builds a network of educationists worldwide.
