» KKU administrator participates in the ASEA-UNINET Plenary Meeting in Austria (1333 Views)

On July 17-20, 2017, Asst. Prof. Dr. Acharawan Topak-ngam, Assistant to the President for International Collaboration was the representative of Khon Kaen University to participate in the ASEA-UNINET Plenary Meeting at University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, Austria. In this meeting, many representatives from Austria government and the Ambassadors from the Philippines, Myanmar, Lao PDR, and Thailand were honored to join in the opening ceremony with the musical performance. Moreover, Asst. Prof. Dr. Acharawan Topak-ngam also discussed with Prof. Ngo Chi Trung Regional Coordinator of South-East Asia from Vietnam and Prof. Wolfgang Obenaus, Regional Coordinator for Europe. At present, ASEA-UNINET has members from more than 80 universities representing 20 countries in Europe and Asia. This meeting aimed to exchange ideas about academic excellence and build up multilateral collaboration based on trust and respect in operations. The theme of this meeting was “Sustainability”.
